Brother Anwar Khan (Akmal)
President OBAT Helpers Inc. USA Assalam O Aliakum:
Thank you very much for your kind email dated 5th December 2004 addressed to M. Shoukat Ali, General Secretary, SPGRC. We highly value your sentiments and feelings towards these suffering brethren. Perhaps you are aware that about 200 families have been rendered homeless and rootless because of this fire havoc to live under open sky in this chilly winter. On Sunday 5th December SPGRC had provided emergency relief to them but they need more for their survival. Food (rice, edible oil, wheat/atta, pulses etc.) blankets and medicines are most imperatively required at the moment. On our part we are always ready to extend all out cooperation. You may kindly contact our head office at Geneva Camp in Dhaka at the following numbers. Waiting for response.
Regards.
Sincerely yours Mohammad Nisar Private Secretary to Leader of Stranded Pakistanis,
SPGRC Head Office, Dhaka
