In his advisory capacity, Riaz provided consulting services to various organizations in Dubai while simultaneously serving in senior management leadership roles. His broad cross-functional expertise has enabled him to lead initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, business development, and sustainable growth.

After relocating to Canada, Riaz became associated with a commercial appliance manufacturing organization, where he contributes to business development initiatives and supports strategic planning for future growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
